INFORMATION ON SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information for Axon Products

We know how important fast delivery is to you. It is our goal is to process and dispatch all orders within two days of receiving them.

We ship inside the USA from California. Once dispatched delivery typically takes 2-5 business days (but can be as fast as 1 or 2days), depending on your location.

 

Pre-orders

For pre-ordered products, shipping dates may change due to various factors, but we always aim to deliver these items as quickly as possible. Please note that projected timelines for pre-orders are subject to delays.

Your Order Status

Once you place an order a confirmation email will be sent to you. You can view the status of your order anytime by logging into your account and navigating to "My Orders".

Once your order has shipped, you’ll see a tracking link appear when tracking information becomes available from the courier.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

    • Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder.

    • Still can’t locate it? Contact us with as much detail as possible (e.g., your payment transaction ID, order email, or shipping address).

  2. Navigate to the “Cancel Items” button at the bottom of your order page.

  3. Locate the item(s) you want to cancel and click the X next to it.

  4. Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your refund.

 

Note: Refund processing times depend on your bank and may take several days to appear in your account.

Getting a Refund or Warranty Replacement

If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, it may be repaired or replaced under the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • Item is returned within one year of the purchase date.

  • No signs of modification or tampering.

  • No physical or water damage.

  • Product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If the item is returned within 30 days of receipt and meets the warranty conditions, you may request:

  • A refund, or

  • An exchange for another product.

Shipping Costs for Returned Items

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and they should bear the cost. Ensure that the item is packaged securely and sent via a trackable method. If the item is returned as a result of a fault caused by manufacturing we will reimburse the cost of the postage to the customer.

Repair Services (Out of Warranty)

Products that are no longer under warranty may still be eligible for repair. We will assess whether the item can be repaired:

  • Reparable items - we will communicate the cost of the parts to fix this. We will not charge for labour only the parts required. (shipping not included).

  • Irreparable items can be returned to you at your expense.

Products not manufactured by Axon Racing are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty policy.
